How can I place an order?
- Orders can be placed through the order form link. Once submitted, I will reach out within 72 hrs to confirm order details via text or Instagram.
How can I get a quote?
- Send me a message via text or instagram with your name, event date, serving size, along with any reference pics or design ideas you may have.
How much does a cake cost?
- My cakes start off at a cake base price. This price has been determined to pay for all materials needed such as ingredients, packaging materials, and labor. Click here to view sizes & pricing.
- Any cake other than a simple design will include an additional art decoration fee set by myself. More details, take more time. I try to price my cakes fairly for my customers based on the amount of time it may take me to create something special while also creating a profit for my efforts. Prices are as listed, but I am willing to help work with a budget.
What payment methods do you take?
- I only take payments through cash or Venmo. Cash can be given upon cake pickup, but Venmo payments must be sent 3 days before pick up date. If ordering a tiered cake, I must receive at least a 50% payment 1 week prior to pick up date.
What is your order availability?
- My monthly availability should be listed on my Instagram, but dates and pick up times are based on my work/school schedule. Most pick-ups are any time after 2pm, however depending on the day could be earlier or later. Yes, I like to keep busy. All bakers have to be a little crazy! ;)
Where are you located?
- I am based out of Santee, CA. Due to the privacy of my home, I don't send my location until orders have been placed. I will message 3 days prior to pick up date regarding details.
Do you offer delivery?
- At this moment, no. I work and go to school full time apart from baking at home. I am willing to deliver upon special request if able. Delivery fee starts at $20. I hope to make it an option in the future.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Placed orders may be cancelled up to 3 days before set pick up date. Customers will have the option to either cancel the whole order completely and receive only 50% back off their order OR make their full order payment and receive credit for a future order. Same applies for tiers.
- If a placed order is to be cancelled MORE than 3 days before set pick up date. Customers will be charged a $30 Venmo fee to make up for time spent creating and designing an order. Like anyone, my time is money too.
What happens if my cake becomes damaged upon bringing home?
- Due to the unlikely event that something happens. If I am able to fix any damages, I will do my best same day or for the following day. However, if I am unable. I will issue back a refund for all payments made other than the original cake base price.
- To help prevent car disasters, here are some helpful travel tips...
  - Keep a/c cool in car. Never turn on the heat!
  - Store cakes on the bottom of the passenger side floor. At the most, sitting flat on the passenger side seat pushed all the way to the dash.
  - Have a buddy hold onto the cake while your drive.
  - Drive like there precious cargo & watch for bumps, curves, and hills!
  - ALWAYS hold cake from the BOTTOM of the box!
  - NEVER hold cake from the SIDES or TOP!
